Enter a date of birth and this shows the life path number, together with every step of the arithmetic, so you can check it by hand. Free, no account, and the calculation happens in your browser.
Prepared by NUMERA
NUMERA uses the full-date digit-sum method below. Some numerology tools reduce the month, day and year separately, which can change master-number results.
Take 24 July 1990, written as 1990-07-24. The digits are 1, 9, 9, 0, 0, 7, 2 and 4, which add up to 32. Because 32 has two digits and is not 11, 22 or 33, add again: 3 + 2 = 5. The life path number is 5.
Now take 29 November 1988, or 1988-11-29: 1 + 9 + 8 + 8 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 9 = 39, then 3 + 9 = 12, then 1 + 2 = 3. Three additions, life path 3.
A Life Path number is a numerology interpretation of a birth date, not a measurement of a person. It does not predict relationship success. Use its themes as questions to discuss, then compare them with what each person actually says and does.
The calculation runs in your browser. The dates are not sent to us, not stored, and not attached to any profile — there is nothing to delete afterwards because nothing was kept.
It is the single digit left after adding every digit of your date of birth and reducing the total, keeping 11, 22 and 33 if they appear. Enter your date above and the calculator shows the number with each step of the arithmetic.
Add all the digits of the date in YYYY-MM-DD form, then keep adding the digits of the result until one digit remains. For example 1990-07-24 gives 1+9+9+0+0+7+2+4 = 32, then 3+2 = 5.
They are totals that the tradition leaves unreduced rather than collapsing to 2, 4 and 6. Keeping them is a convention of the practice. Other tools may use a different reduction method; compare the arithmetic as well as the final number.
It should not be used as a prediction. The calculation supplies a symbolic theme, not evidence about a particular person or the future of a relationship.
No. The calculation runs in your browser; the date is never sent to us or saved anywhere.
